What file formats are supported for plans?
We currently support PDF files for construction plans. Make sure your plans are clear and readable for best AI analysis results.
How accurate are the cost estimates?
Our estimates are based on regional pricing data and AI analysis, typically within 10-15% of actual costs. However, always get multiple bids from licensed contractors for final pricing.
How does the credit system work?
Each estimate costs 1 credit. You get 5 free estimates when you sign up. After that, you can purchase credit packages or subscribe to a plan for unlimited estimates.
What's the difference between subscription plans?
Free: 5 estimates. Pro ($49/mo): Unlimited estimates + advanced features. Team ($149/mo): Multiple users + collaboration. Enterprise ($299/mo): White-label + API access.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime. Unused credits don't expire and remain in your account.
How do regional multipliers work?
We track labor and material costs across 32+ major metro areas. Enter your ZIP code to see local multipliers that adjust national averages to your market.
What if my ZIP code isn't in the database?
Our system automatically finds the nearest metro area and shows approximate multipliers with distance indicator (e.g., '~35 miles from Boston').
How often is pricing data updated?
Regional pricing data is updated quarterly based on market surveys, material price indices, and contractor feedback.
How do I connect with contractors?
Visit the Professional Network page to browse verified contractors, architects, and designers. You can message them directly through the platform.
Are professionals verified?
We verify business licenses and insurance for all professionals on our platform. However, you should always check references and get multiple bids.
Can I invite team members?
Yes! Team and Enterprise plans allow you to invite team members with different permission levels (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer).
